Hi, I’m Paula!
I’m a Women’s Life & Leadership Coach
My desire to share what I’ve learned with other women comes from my own self-healing, empowering journey.
As a Coach with over 20 years of experience, I've worked with intuitive, smart, and successful women across various industries—many of whom feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, burnout, and self-limiting beliefs. Despite their success, they struggle to break through the blocks holding them back. My mission is to help them trust themselves, step into their authentic power, and create lives that are not only successful but deeply fulfilling.
Through personalized coaching, workshops, transformative retreats, and wellness tools, I guide women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, embrace their strengths, and build lives that nourish them physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
When I’m not coaching or leading women’s retreats, I’m enjoying time in nature, in yoga class, or traveling with my husband and son. I continue to learn and be inspired by my clients and from my own practice of intuitive living.
